March Wine Class - Tasting Blind

We all have our own idea of what is ‘good’ or ‘not good’ when it comes to wine and
sometimes we’re afraid to try something new. The cure for that is to taste “Blind” which
means we’ll be tasting from an opaque glass so you can’t see the color of the wine. We’ll
explore some scientific evidence about the correlation between tasting and our pre-
conceived notions which is a great way to discover some wines you didn’t even know you
liked! And we’ll have lots of fun along the way.
