Coco’s Italian Restaurant & Market invites you to our Cooking Classes. Chef Dave will take you on a culinary journey and will teach you techniques, shortcuts, and the best methods for cooking everything in your refrigerator.

October 18: Pasta, $65 pp 6:30pm - 8:30pm Learn how to make pasta from SCRATCH…and how to shapeyour fresh pasta into linguine, tortellini and ravioli. We will also make a creamy Alfredo Sauce and a zesty Vodka Sauce. This is a VERY Hands-On Class!
October 25: Shrimp & Grits $65 pp 6:30pm - 8:30pm Join Chef Dave for these Coastal Classics. Learn Chef's recipe and how to easily alter recipes to your own taste. He will show you his ULTIMATE grits recipe...and how to make DAIRY FREE grits that will excite our taste buds!
November 4: Date Night Cooking Class $75 pp 6:30pm - 8:30pm Bring a date or your bestie to Coco's Date Night Cooking Class. Chef Dave will teach you how to make this fabulous meal and offer a number of tips along the way! After we cook, we will sit down with the fruits of our labor and enjoy a great meal and a little vino. Roasted Golden Beet & Goat's Cheese Salad Dark Chocolate Cake with Minted Whipped Cream
November 9: Wines for Thanksgiving $30pp 6:30pm - 7:30pm Join Billie Joyce DWS,WSET Diploma - Student of Institue of Master of Wine.
