Pricing for each class is listed respectively. December 5: Wines to Give and Take this Holiday Season $30pp 6:30pm - 7:30pm Join Billie Joyce DWS,WSET Diploma - Student of Institue of Master of Wine. The next few weeks can be filled with special days and parties. Come and discover what you should take to that holiday party, AND just what wines make the best gifts, for your boss, your best friend or those nosey neighbors.
December 6: Cooking with Piero Notardonato 6:30pm - 8:30pm $75pp Enjoy a three course meal. Also includes WINE!! Start with an appetizer of Roasted Red Pepper Rolls. Then move on to the first course of Fettuccine Alfredo (Learn to made both the pasta and the sauce). Then the second course of Chicken Milanese with vegetable medley. Top it off with dessert, Panna Cotta (A Ricotta cheese confection).
December 12: Baking for the Holidays with Piero Notardonato. 6:30pm - 8:30pm $60pp Learn how to bake all the traditional cookies for the holiday. You will learn to bake Macaroons with assorted toppings, Sassanelli (traditional cocoa and hazelnut cookies), Lemon Cookies and finish with a Sicilian Fig Xmas cookie.
